**First of all: Please be advised that we are located in the HEART OF DOWNTOWN NEWPORT, it can be noisy! Please think about that before booking. We have reviews complaining about being noisy, even after leaving this note here. It is unfair. Remember, it's Downtown Newport. The neighborhood is full of restaurants, cafes, shops, pubs, arcade for kids, and much more. Walking distance to everything downtown. The highlight of this neighborhood for us are the Wharfs right down the street! We are only 5 minutes away from the mansions (driving), the famous Cliff Walk and Easton's Beach. It's a 15-20 walk to the Mansions, Cliff Walk and Easton's Beach.
Guest Access
You will have full access to the entire apartment. A washer and dryer are available for guest use on the 1st floor. Please remember to bring your own laundry detergent. PARKING DETAILS: We provide 1 parking pass for 1 car in the parking lot across the street. Please note that we provide ONLY 1 pass. ADDITIONAL PARKING INFO: Summer Season: Any extra vehicles must use Newport pay-by-plate street parking or paid public lots. Winter Season (Nov 1 to Apr 30): Street and public parking throughout Newport are free.
Good to know
Our cozy loft feature 2 comfortable guest rooms. All rooms have queen size beds. There is a full equipped kitchen and a living area large enough to host friends before hitting the town!

DID YOU LEAVE SOMETHING BEHIND? No worries, we can mail back to your address. Our service fee: $15.00 (plus post office price for handling) Easton's Beach, located on Memorial Boulevard at the start of the Cliff Walk, is a 3/4 mile long surf beach with a board walk. Seasonal public facilities include restrooms, indoor and outdoor showers, shade pavilion, playground, skate park, picnic and grill area, bike racks, first aid, carousel, an elevator and beach wheel chairs for persons with disabilities, snack bar and 2 public parking lots.

You can get to most of the places (if not all) without your car. Everything is walking distance from our apartment. The neighborhood has restaurants, pharmacy, grocery store, cafes, souvenir stores, liquor stores, etc. -Summer season in Newport: Pay by plate parking and/or Paid public parking lots. -Winter season in Newport: Free Parking (street and public parking). From Nov 1 to April 30. -We provide 1 parking pass for 1 car to park in the parking lot across the street from our apartment. **Please pay attention to parking details, we provide ONLY 1 parking pass. Another option for the 2nd car during the summer is the Mary St. Lot behind the building ($25/$30 overnight).
